We need a working space that has access to electrical power point. The only thing you need to provide is a bathing towel and shampoo (if your pet has medical issues), we will use our shampoo if your pet has no skin allergies.

The real mess comes from the bathing and drying process because this is when fur will be flying all over, so these will usually be done in the toilet or outside your home. And also not to worry as at the end of the session we will clear and tidy up the place for you.

For Basic Grooming, it will take around 1 hour. For Full Grooming, it will take around 2-3 hours. Timing varies, depending on the coat condition, size and temperament of your pet.

Aggressive pets will be muzzled to prevent them from biting our groomers. There might be additional charges for overly aggressive pets because grooming time will take longer than usual. If they are impossible to handle, we will not be able to carry on with the grooming and transportation charge will apply.

You are welcomed to stay and watch over the grooming process as long as your pet will not be overly excited when you are around that will cause our groomers to not be able to carry on with the grooming. We will also be glad to share with you our knowledge and tips on grooming.

Please book your appointment at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment. Any cancellation or postpone of appointment should be made 1 day in advance, and there will be a transportation charge if our groomer arrived at your place but your pet is unavailable.
